What's Cooking? Pandemic Foodways & Quarantine Domesticity

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Humanities Center at UCI launched a new blog series on cooking in a crisis. In a two-part post I considered the link between standard of living and domestic labor, and the nature of "unskilled" agricultural and culinary labor in the context of my own failures as a gardener.
